Refund policy

Here at Fresh Knight, we want to make sure that your shopping experience is a positive one! That is why we offer a 30-day return policy on items purchased through our store.

If there has been a mistake on our part, or if the product was damaged during shipping, we will be happy to send you a replacement product. Just e-mail care@freshknight.com with your concern and photos of the damaged product and we will be happy to assist you. 

We accept returns within 30 days of the delivery date, just e-mail us at care@freshknight.com!

The fine print:

    • If the product you received is unopened, you may return it to us within 30 days from the delivery date to receive a refund.
    • If the product you received has been opened and/or has been used (less than 75% of product used), you have 30 days from the delivery date to submit a return request for a refund.
    • In order to return a package to us, you must have a Return Authorization Code which will be sent to you via e-mail following the submission of the return request.
    • In order to be eligible for a refund or replacement, all gifts and promotional material associated with the product purchased must be included in the return package.
